Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Certain products may require additional lead times due to stock availability, manufacturing schedules, or supplier delays.
Custom, imported, or made-to-order products may have extended lead times. Customers will be notified accordingly.

We offer nationwide shipping across South Africa through trusted courier partners.

Shipping Costs

Some oversized or heavy items such as bumpers, suspension kits, roof racks, or bulky off-road accessories may require special freight arrangements. Additional shipping charges may apply for these items.

Large & Freight Items

Products such as:

Bullbars
Rear bumpers
Roof racks
Rock sliders
Long-range tanks
Large suspension components

may require palletized or freight shipping due to size and weight.

Customers may be contacted after checkout should additional freight costs apply to remote or outlying areas.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable) to monitor your delivery status.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

Failure to report damages within this period may affect replacement or claim eligibility.
