We stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item:

  • Must be unused, unfitted, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Must be in the original packaging, with all manuals, tags, and accessories included.

  • Must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Please note: Custom orders or modified items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components once installed

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Special/custom-made items

  • Items damaged due to incorrect fitment or user misuse

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@randdoffroad.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Wait for approval before shipping anything back.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was incorrect or damaged when shipped to you.

  • A handling/restocking fee of up to 10% may apply depending on the product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you need a different size/model and it is still in new condition. Email us to confirm stock availability and arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
